How did he do that

One of the things that greeted us this morning after our just got to breakfast, along with a very busy German market after last night fun party but I'm feeling very delicate today in more ways that one , firstly too much alcohol and secondly I got all through the night on high heels, danced the night away and then just before bedtime I managed to fall over. My one arm is aching and I think I've twisted my ankle. It's been enough to have me lying on the sofa for the day.
