Christmas begins here
Christmas has officially begun, in this household, at least. The tree is up, the decorations have been added, the lights have been tested, the arguments have started, the sherry is open and the menu for the big day agreed.
To all you adults with children, I understand that on Christmas Eve just after 6pm, the International Space Station will be flying over the UK and if the skies are clear, it should be clearly visible with the naked eye. (I have watched it once before and it's an impressive sight.) More details here.
To all you children, if you look outside just after 6.00pm on Christmas Eve and it's a clear sky, you might just see Santa and his sleigh flying past!
