Waiting for lunch

A sudden burst of sunshine on an otherwise dull cold day as I was putting out food on the bird table, the pigeons sit up high in the silver birch and watch then down they come for their feed. I have a regular 2 wood pigeons and 2 collard doves but sometimes the tree is full of doves and pigeons, it's quite tall so a good view from up there. They nest in a tall conifer at the top of the garden.
