Sunset Train

The second weekend of the Santa Special season and another glorious day for riding the train and visiting Santa.

I walked a mile up the line to where it emerges from woodland into open fields and photographed the last train of the day just as the sun was setting. I liked the way the final rays of sun were lighting up the windows and engine cab.
