No fun at all!

We were all sleepy this morning and slow to get started.

In the end, we decided to hit the road and head for the beach. It's an hour and a half away, but we were very glad we made the effort.

The girls went into the sea and built sand castles. Cousteau ran around, chasing the sticks that Mr Barking and I threw for him.

Tired and happy, we had ice cream in Torquay, before heading for home.

We're relaxing while watching Robson Green's Extreme Fishing. It's the first time we've turned the TV on for weeks, and a great end to a lovely day.
