Do any family member's recognise this?
I spent the first 18 years of my life here.
This house is tiny, even by UK standards.
When it was built just after WW2 there was a maximum new house size of 1000sq ft- (about 90m2).
It had 3 bedrooms and even a formal lounge, that was only ever used on very special occasions!
Mum used to feed up to 6 truck drivers for dinner (at lunchtime) on an electric range that hardly ever had more than 2 elements working at any one time.
I do have some fond memories of this wee house though.
The transport operators who purchased Dad's business have converted the house into their yard office. I think it looks great.
Their yard was immaculately tidy too, but hardly made a good photo as the trucks were mostly out on jobs, even on a Saturday afternoon.
