Coming Out

So I have a wee confession to make....

My walks have recently been breaking out to a run and then tonight there was no walk but just a run for 5k's.

I haven't done this since my late 20's when I was trying to keep up with my then girlfriend, now wife. Now I'm just trying to keep up with life.
