Snow Has Landed

Woke up to a dusting of snow over Shetland with some areas a peerie bit more than others. A fairly calm day and snow has fallen through the day but not as heavy as I would like :) And as usual, it will probably be gone tomorrow.

Weekend off work and woke with excitement when I saw the snow :) I had a fine walk around Scalloway in the morning and visited friend Madeline, then went to Burra for a run and had a cuppa with friend June and then off to Lerwick for lunch a shopping. A fine walk around Cunningsburgh in the afternoon with Sammy and went up to see my sister Laura and family. Back to Lerwick with mam and nieces Eve and Elise to help out with their Christmas shopping.
A quiet evening a head but might try a festive pint later on :)

A brisk walk up the Berry Road, which seemed to be covered in snow but the fields next to the road were green :) Let's hope for more snow over night :) Taken at Berry, Scalloway.
