River Braan

We planned to walk from the car park in Little Glen Shee. The road up to the glen was a continuous strip of ice, so after a mile or two we turned round and beat a (very slow) retreat. As I expected, driving down the road was harder than driving up.

Our fallback was The Hermitage - an easy walk up to the Pinecone Viewpoint, except that the car park was another icy challenge. Fortunately we had our Yaktrax, which make walking on ice a joy.
