Today's game was a disappointment.

Glasgow lost 9-12 to Stade Toulousain, but would have won if they had taken their chances. It was a defensive battle, so not much to cheer about.

Quite a few Stade fans made the trip, and brightened up the day. The couple next to me were struggling in the 4° cold. Toulouse can be cold at this time of year too, but you really feel it when you're sitting outside for close to 2 hours. I had my thermal underwear on.

It is weird watching Stade. When I was living in Toulouse, everyone at my club hated them - it was a Division 2 club and Stade was the big money club which attracted the big egos.

In the decades in between I've always wished them well in the European Cups, but not today. I was firmly behind Warriors.
