A reading day

Indoors mostly, catching up with washing, ironing, and reading this book. Helpful insight into depression in a young mother. It caught my eye in the library and I wondered how much poetry had really influenced her recovery. There was some useful reference material and overall, I'm glad I read the book, but some of it was really hard going. Not really guaranteed to lift my festive spirits!
