We had 9 weeks in The Philippines as part of our extended honeymoo and had arrived in Cebu, from Thailand, and headed out to Panglao island. Found a beach fronted guest house with it's own dive boat and we were sorted for another few days of fantastic diving; warm, easy and teaming with life.
