There's that moment ...

... when the sign says that all bags from your flight have been delivered. And the carousel is slowing down. And it's just you and 10 other sad people standing there looking forlorn. And then, oh joy! They find another container of bags in the mysterious world of 'out the back'. All ended well. Very happy to be home.
