Christmas is coming..

I am having most of the family here for Christmas dinner, so thought I had better get a tree. I have NEVER succumbed to an artificial tree, just don't like them. I started looking around- $35 was the best I could do....and it was enormous- I just wanted something small and easy to dispose of next year. A couple of years ago I had bought a wooden "cut out" tree- hard to describe- its 2 dimensional and designed to sit on a bench or table.I hadn't even undone it from the packing. So I went out and bought a can of paint-a mission in itself, (all kept behind locked glass doors!!!!!) I guess the fact I didn't need to produce ID when I got to checkout was a story in itself. Went to "big red shed"-another mission-hordes of people,(how silly to expect to pop in and out), and bought some tiny decorations and some lights that went....With a little tweakin it will look good.... I will blip it in a few days time when finished.....
