Buds & Blooms - day 3

Beautiful hyacinth that I saw while walking the dawg this morning.

Had a hard time waking up today - maybe because of my late bedtime????

I made a wonderful salad for lunch today - Farro Salad from one of my favorite sites - 101 cookbooks. So yummy, but had a sore jaw and a bit of a headache afterwards from all that chewing - wheatberries always do that to me. I think they were wheatberries - I forgot to label it and they were sitting in my pantry. It might have been farro - couldn't tell by looking at pictures online.

Ooooooh - Jeremy made rugelach tonight - they are deeeelightful - a bit of a tummy ache now since I devoured 5 in a row.

Off to bed late, yet again. Goodnight.
