Looking at a house

Looking at another house for one of our investors.

When you look at these houses, it's almost detective like - you have to work out where the problems are from quite limiting information

And this picture is quite interesting.

The house has central aircondition - look at the ceiling and you'll see the vents.

So why is there a window air unit?

It would suggest that the central airconditioner is not working properly, and being a big ticket item, maybe $4k if it needs replacing, this badly affects the price of the house.
