We had an early tea as we had a late breakfast and missed lunch so I was feeling a bit peckish by 8ish. Grandad you taught me chocolate spread on crumpets it is delicious! Had an apple and a glass of milk too to attempt to make it not just empty calories. I usually eat fairly healthily and am trying to make all my meals have some nutritional benefit even if it's not really that good, like for breakfast we had bacon sandwiches but I had it on wholegrain bread with spinach, tomato and avocado.
Had a lazy day did a shop in tesco earlier then had breakfast at 11.30 then I fell asleep in the afternoon for about an hour and a half it was lovely!
