The Morning Commute

It's nearly eighteen years now since I started commuting daily to Edinburgh. And although you just factor that time into your day, the winter can be a bit of a struggle.

Thankfully things have changed, like reliable broadband and enlightened employers (for some things!). So battling through weather and travel related problems are pretty much a thing of the past when all that's required is a stagger from one side of the house to the other.
