Christmas Saguaro Cactus Lights The Night

My neighbor wrapped his twenty-foot high saguaro cactus with a string of colorful Christmas lights sometime today. I saw it when I arrived home late tonight. Again I have missed this annual ritual. I have no idea how he does it. Of course, he uses a ladder. But it must be one heck of a ladder!

Getting high up in the air is one thing but getting the lights strung around the girth of this giant from a single position on a ladder...well...I just wish he would tell me when he is about to do this every year so I can catch him in the act!
