A night at the ballet

Last night Phoebe, Tamara and Maddy were delighted to be invited by the team at JCDecaux to the final dress rehearsal of Queensland Ballet’s ‘The Nutcracker’.

The enchanting adaptation of the original Christmas classic was really ‘en pointe’ in the lead up to the festive season; with breathtaking dance and stunning costumes bringing to life a host of fanciful childhood characters.

The combination of courageous wooden dolls, giant mice and dancing snowflake fairies really ‘kept us on our toes’ throughout the 2 hour performance and the team at JCDecaux ‘set the barre high’ with a night of great food, brilliant dancing and even better company.
