A better day

This time I didn't see the sunrise from Winchester's platform so a much better start to the day.

One of the boats in the foreground is a floating restaurant. It is predominantly glass and it looks rather strange floating up the river full of diners

The only problem this morning was that the barriers at Waterloo were not working and it was beginning to get rather heated when we were trying to explain to the man on duty that none of them were working. He eventually understood and opened them.

An ok day but as I left late I jumped on the underground to get back to Waterloo. My conclusion was that walking is just as fast and much more pleasant.
