It's not often you see someone on top of a tall building in a city, just hanging around on the roof. He didn't look like he was going to jump and sure enough he appeared to be carrying a rather chunky bird - presumably a falcon or hawk - to control pigeons. Sounds a bit gruesome.

A not terribly productive day of many interruptions. Bah.
