with friends like these.....

We got lots of lovely cards and gifts yesterday, one of which was this from our artist friend and neighbour, don't know what she means! Today was an early visit to the doctor with C, who reached new pyrexial heights at 40 degrees overnight. Baton change at lunchtime and I eventually got into work for a few hours this afternoon. We're all hoping for a better night, I'd forgotten what it's like having your sleep disturbed night after night, and it's pretty miserable for him too :(
