Fishing Boats and Scories
A better day today, less wind but still cold with hail, sleet and rain showers. Just a couple of lightning flashes spotted today and never heard any thunder.
I've been working on the museum desk today and also in Da Gadderie. A steady morning with quite a lot of visitors to Shetland, poor folk with this past few days weather. Night off tonight and feet up for the most of it, mixed in with walkies with Sammy in between the wintery showers.
A walk around Lerwick on my lunch break. There was quite a few fishing boats in sheltering from the elements, local and as you can see, this is a Inverness boat. With the boats, the scories (seagulls) were about too and wanting a piece of my sandwich. Taken at the Esplanade, Lerwick.
