Day 11

Midget is a star in her school play and it seems Merry wants in on the action too. Midget said she was very sorry but no, she couldn't be in the school play too, but said it very kindly, about fourteen times!

Merry did make her presence felt at school though, Midget's snack was not in it's usual container, we discovered that Merry had wrapped her snack in wrapping paper! It seems the third year is the charm for elves to understand human food though. Year one she made lentils, marmite and a tins of beans for Daddy lunch, year two a bag full of chocolate and an apple for Midget's lunch but this year she stuck with the standard snack of orange juice and toast just all wrapped up! he third year's the charm!

Midget's best friend's elf is on year one though and it seems there has been some colluding going on as best friend had a wrapped up snack too! But her usual snack had been replaced with cookies and juice! NOT what her mummy usually provides!

Cue one baffled teacher "I did see the two of them sitting outside unwrapping, I wondered what was going on!" ad two rather giggly girls!
