Resting retail

There does seem to be a real sense of life coming back to the cities, and Liverpool seems to be thriving more than Manchester. Largely driven by a lot of great independents amongst the chains, which is what a city needs in my 'umble opinion to give it a feeling of real individuality.

The fact that this used to be Starbucks makes its emptiness easier to bear.
