A busy day.

We left home at 7.15am, put the boat in the water, PJ took it to the wharf & I took the car there. We had 2 passengers to take to Havelock, departing at 7.30am. As we were also meeting with friends for lunch at 1.00pm in Havelock, if was decided that I would go on the early trip too. We then got the van from Havelock, and went into Blenheim.
PJ had his list and I had mine. By noon, we had both finished - Phew!! Then back through to Havelock. Put all the groceries, gas bottles, chainsaw, container of oil, new boots, new dive mask etc etc onto the boat. Back to the garage, top up the rental with fuel & drop it off. Then we walked back to the Slip Inn cafe.
Our friend N (who has featured before on blip) had his mum over from the UK, and we were meeting up with her while she was here. She is 90 + years old, and is such a spry and bright woman, she would put to shame a lot of people 20 or more years younger than she is.
Finally back home, boat on trailer, and I unpacked groceries and put everything while PJ took the dogs for a walk.
