Nia Fitness on Siesta Beach

It was quite cool and windy Tuesday morning for Nia, but I made up my mind to brave it with lots of layers. The light was soft and so was the color of the sky, the water and the sand. My beautiful friend Kathy is teaching. It's about the middle of class, we are warming up and she has already taken off a few long sleeve layers. The portable table is for her music system, which she carries across the sand along with her large Nia sign. Phew! Even though the weather was not our typical sunny Florida weather, it was beautiful!
