William again

Over the past few days, William has been doing his rounds of the villages checking the pumps for wear and general performance. He is also considering where other pumps are needed and negotiating with communities. All the while he is noting pumps which are non functioning, repairing and replacing where possible. Protecting spring wells is also on our agenda.
