Lunchtime Westminster wandering

Sometimes it's best to go for a walk and look for daft things.
This made me smile or possibly even chuckle briefly on an otherwise grim day.

This window box was one of a whole Christmas/wintry display, but the only one with an owl (or WOL if you prefer). He (or is it a she?) doesn't look especially wise to me.
