Late

Were this Spring or Summer, this would be 'another nice butterfly blip'. But it's December 10th for heavens sake! Last night the temp dropped to 36F but climbed to 61 and sunny by early afternoon. So, yes indeed, this lovely Monarch is Late. Any eggs she lays will most likely not survive to larval stage, sad but that's Mother's Way. I enjoyed watching her flit around me while I worked in the yard today. I wish her luck.
