Potassium

It is a favourite lesson of mine and I haven't really taught much Chemistry since I started at Mosslands, so I was pretty excited to be able to get the Alkali metals out again. The pupils loved it but the pieces of Potassium they gave me were pretty small so the flames weren't that big. I had a open evening for the sixth form this evening so it was a very long day and the weather was pretty miserable too so a warm bath was in order and then straight to bed.
