Pushed and Pulled in all Directions

I was sitting outside the hospital prior to an appointment to see the endocronologist about my tempermental underactive thyroid. It is all over the place - up and down I swear I am on some hormonal rollercoaster! I had taken a few other photos today but just felt the push pull on the car dashboard just about described how I was feeling rather nicely!

Well medication dose has been changed yet again, more bloods in 6 weeks time - hum ho!
