Feeling Festive

A good day all round. I managed to sort out a couple of things which had been ongoing for a few days and then this afternoon we bought our Christmas tree, and, having bought a new stand this year, managed to get it vertical without too much difficulty!! It is now decorated, the wood burner is lit, we've had a delicious chicken dinner cooked by my lovely husband and we are now watching one of the many versions of 'A Christmas Carol'. It may be early in December to be so festive but as we both are working over Christmas we try to make the most of it when we can!
