Forgotten far off things

My wooden workbox has finally fallen to bits -I've been getting splinters for years. I found this tucked in the lining at the back -I had found it a long time ago, and forgotten. I also found a list of farm animals in the same spot. That has disappeared.
Writing was not Max's forte! I don't think this was done for the picture!
