Clive does not hang around.
Yesterday floor came up - found there were no noggins at the end of the joists - all a bit wobbly. Dash to timber yard - noggins in by close of play as well as cutting off the wall on the left and helping me with the plumbing alterations and fitting the battens to support the insulation.
Today it was fit the insulation and I finished the first fix electricals.
All the boards in and ready to be laid tomorrow.
Even had an early dart - he was gone by 3.30 and I was drinking tea before 4!
