The pleasure bit of my day

It was such a pleasure to see Fi again today - lots of chat, lots of laughs and lots of smiles in a her beautiful office - thanks Fi!

The pain part of my day was this morning when I discovered that my main hard drive with all my images on it had corrupted and all my files were gone.

I'm hoping my belt and braces approach to back ups (time machine and another hard drive backing up the main hard drive, cloud back up and discs of my work images - and I suppose last chance saloon some form of data recovery from the hard drive!) mean that I'll get everything back - eventually! 814.4GB are currently copying over to a new hard drive - another 9 hours to go!
