The New Diet

I spent close to an hour and a half with the dietician and actually feel quite excited about the strict diet I have to be on fro the next 6 week. I have pretty good feeling that this is going to help me and I don't need anything else. Also there's not that much that I have to give up. It's about making the right choices. Of course there lots that I can't eat - just Google FODMAP diet - and you'll see, but there's also lots that I can eat, especially if I bake it myself. I think there will be lots of baking during the Christmas.

I have to now head to work. It's going to a late night. So I'll be posting this EB as a declaration of my new life. There's truly a lot of information one has to internalize to eat correctly. The butter/oil situation has been the hardest for me to understand, but I think I learned it today and now know what kind of oil to eat and how much each day to get the correct Omega3 amount. I even have to charts to prove it!

Oh boy! Here we go!
