Made in Germany
But at the British Museum with UK number plates. The Germany exhibition was good, if small for such a large subject. No room for a Trabant, and East Germany was given little space beyond a stack of 000 mark notes that were needed to purchase bread. A lovely 16C Swiss clock with an intricate chiming mechanism and the wonderful angel of peace sculpture were 2 of the memorable exhibits. Then off to the Tate for the late Turner. I think I might have gone off Turner a bit after the recent film.
