The Somebody Was Me!
The title refers to my Sunday blip.
The word from Rockler was that I would have to drill the missing hole in my beautiful anodized aluminum plate myself. The plate already looked a bit like Swiss cheese because it's drilled to provide attachment holes for several different router brands. Rockler explained that there are too many variations in the placement of the height adjustment crank hole for it to be practical to match all of them.
Heeding the measure twice, cut once woodworkers' adage, I was even more careful drilling in a metal plate, and was very relieved to have gotten it right.
The drill press table I recently completed was invaluable for this little job.
