Bow posture variations
I've looked at my past picture of my bow pose where I first flip my grip... I've improved!! And progress... My upper back has slowly open up...
Before attempting this.. Work on the tools... Open up your chest, back, shoulders and core ...spine too..
Backbending helps to strengthen your spine and it should not be painful.. If it is, it means you've not open up and you're doing it incorrectly..
