Running

Running today. 6km done! My new trainers seem good.

Got back to a family crisis. Not close close family but close enough that I thought it only fair to try and offer advice when asked. Social services are dreadful! A boy was on the precipice of full-time care and becoming a ward of the Local authority. It made me ponder blood ties and how responsible we are for our children. He is my second cousin. I have never met him. I am in no position to offer a better environment but then I felt guilty about that. I will do what I can in terms of advice and support. He is nearly 8 and severely autistic.

Then I did some choir planning and then some housework, dinner and then off to choir.

Ds1 seems a bit ill.
