Gurumukh - yoga teacher to the likes of Madonna, Cindy Crawford, Rosanna Arquette etc first got me into Kundalini yoga in 2001 when I met her on the banks of Gangaji, Rishikesh, India

Her classes were an amazing discovery of my own inner self / determination and what inspired me to qualify as a Kundalini yoga teacher 10 years ago.

The last 10 years have been challenging on so many levels and often I have failed to keep up with my own practice but it's time to rediscover the power of this yoga as I journey back to India and my own inner self.
