I noticed there were lots of sunrise blips this morning, which wasn't surprising given the sunrise we were treated to. Cold, cold, cold and plenty of gritter lorries about.

Yesterday's doctors appointments resulted in my being prescribed tablets for high blood pressure, which was a big relief given the scale of the readings. And then, although my cholesterol is 6 and so higher than 'they' like it to be, the doctor was fine with it because the good cholesterol was high but the bad cholesterol was low... which is good.

Apart from that, one of the stitches the dentist put into my gum seems to be dangling down far more than it should be, and so is getting rather annoying. Roll on Thursday morning 9am when they're coming out.
