Which Wine?

It's quite difficult to say the phrase "Which wine" after some glasses of the same.
Swambo declared that this bottle (on the left) of her favourite wine didn't taste quite right, whereas I couldn't have cared less. To keep her quiet, I opened another bottle of the same. She further declared this was indeed better, whereas I couldn't notice the difference. So now I have two bottles to deal with, as she tends to stop after a couple or so.
Well, I can't let them go bad, can I?
