Tuesday!

A small black and white cat named Tuesday got stuck up one of our trees in the backyard. He's been up there for 3 days! We called the fire department, but apparently they don't rescue cats in trees anymore. We tried several witty ideas with ropes and ladders, but no success. He's up there about 35' which is beyond reach and not safe to climb. The owners have been over everyday since he got up there, and he meows all night long - very sad for him. You can see him meowing in the image.

Later update: It turns out the owners know a fellow who climbs trees to trim them. He's agreed to come over tomorrow morning.
