A different kind of Christmas for us this year.
One with a huge hole in it.
Allowing for the beginning of new traditions.
Like delivering a surprise Christmas tree to Grandpa.
With lots of love put into it.

The boys and I went shopping. They helped pick out a tree, lights, tinsel, and ornaments.
Then came home to draw pictures.
Decorate the tree.
And wrap special presents for the new stocking.

What a day full of love.
