Birdwatching

Last day at the cabin today....and the last day in the snow at the cabin for at least 10-11 months (view my last 3 backblips about the cabin starting with The Cabin.

We had such a fabulous time, as always.

As we were getting ready to leave this morning, my son was standing at the window watching the numerous birds. Just another tradition, after breakfast, we take out any "bird friendly" leftovers from our meals. Let's just say the birds don't need to scavenge for food for quite some time. The kids look forward to feeding the birds almost as much as eating ice cream...ok, that may be a bit of a stretch. But feeding the birds is definitely another bit of fun the kids look forward to when going to the cabin
