Orange in the day's bleak

December Challenge / Mono Monday: Brightly clad workman on a gloomy day. SOOC

This street worker caught my eye because he seemed to be a full-color figure in a mono scene. The view reminded me of those Photoshopped blips where only selected patches of color are shown in a black-and-white image.

The title refers to a TV series, "Orange is the New Black," which I have never watched, but it's out there in the culture and you can't avoid it. When I thought "orange," it was the first phrase that came to mind.
