The Nativity....

My blip was sorted at 7a.m today when I finished cutting out these nativity characters! They really made me smile.

Yesterday, due to colleague illness, we had to double up classes...as you do and I had to think on my feet for activities for my class and some of Year 1...so 5 and 6 year olds. Not really a problem; just VERY last minute. It was fine, and today as I looked at these delightful and naive drawings I forgot my slightly ungracious reaction to the request that I take both classes for most of the day....

Love the angels' halos and the slightly terrified look on the face of one of the shepherds! And we can see who is rightly centre stage!
